Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bm29 ("bm29," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bm29.app ("Platform"). bm29 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with bm29, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, bingo, Plinko, promotional offers, and all other services offered on the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bm29 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by registering an account, browsing game lobbies, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 14.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the bm29 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing gambling activities;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful, including the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of bm29, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any game supplier providing content to the Platform;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the bm29 Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not registered on PAGCOR's self-exclusion database or any equivalent national responsible gaming exclusion register;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

bm29 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Provision of false or misleading eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) bm29 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. bm29 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been conducted by you, unless you have notified bm29 of unauthorized access in writing.

You must notify bm29 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bm29 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

KYC & Identity Verification

bm29 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money-laundering ("AML") laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals above standard thresholds and at such other times as bm29 deems appropriate.

Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, Philippine passport, or SSS/GSIS ID;
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your registered residential address;
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account used for deposits.

bm29 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending successful KYC completion. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period may be closed and balances held in escrow subject to AML obligations.

All KYC documents submitted to bm29 are handled in accordance with the bm29 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bm29 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bm29 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from international card transactions are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal processing is subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC verification;
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit, as an AML control measure;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the cashier section;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's FAQ section, subject to payment provider processing times;
• bm29 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

bm29 does not charge fees for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the cashier section prior to transaction confirmation. Deposits made by the Player that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal to cover payment gateway costs.

bm29 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on Player balances. The bm29 Player wallet is a gaming account wallet, not a bank deposit product, and is not covered by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

Bonuses & Promotions

bm29 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, and game eligibility restrictions. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bm29 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period;
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts;
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise;
• bm29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be capped at maximum withdrawal amounts specified in the individual promotion terms.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, coordinated wagering patterns designed to fulfill wagering requirements at minimal risk, or use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bm29 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close the account of any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bm29 Platform are operated in accordance with rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. By placing a wager on any game, the Player accepts the rules of that game as the governing terms for that wager.

bm29's non-live casino games (slots, Plinko, bingo) use random number generation ("RNG") technology that has been independently certified by a third-party testing laboratory. Certified return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game are disclosed within the game interface or the Platform's game information section.

Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating from professional studios. bm29 does not control the physical operation of live dealer studios provided by third-party game suppliers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bets already placed and accepted by the system before disconnection will stand. Partially placed bets interrupted by disconnection are voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.

Sports betting wagers are governed by the bm29 Sportsbook Rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these general Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting transactions.

bm29 reserves the right to void any wager, withhold any associated payout, and investigate any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of technical error, system malfunction, collusion, or match-fixing. Payouts will not be processed on the basis of obvious errors in odds or game outcomes caused by technical faults.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm29 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one bm29 account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by bm29;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

Responsible Gaming

bm29 is committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of all Players on its Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your account;
• Loss limits: Thresholds on net losses within a defined period;
• Session timers: Alerts and automatic disconnection after a set play session duration;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, processed immediately upon request with a mandatory cooling-off period before reversal.

Reductions in deposit or loss limits take effect immediately. Increases in limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its designated period and cannot be lifted upon request during that period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bm29 Platform — including but not limited to the bm29 name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of bm29 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bm29.

Game content made available on the Platform is licensed to bm29 by third-party game suppliers and remains the intellectual property of those suppliers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in game content to the Player.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm29's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bm29 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Any loss of data or goodwill;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or acts of third-party service providers;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits bm29's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bm29's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bm29 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination & Account Closure

bm29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure;
• At bm29's sole discretion where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

You may voluntarily close your bm29 account at any time by submitting a written request to bm29 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final verification checks, typically within ten (10) business days.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, bm29 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed as derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and bm29, we encourage you to first contact our support team so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bm29 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where the dispute relates to a regulated gaming activity. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

Amendments to These Terms

bm29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to Player rights, fee structures, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution procedures — bm29 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
